Stillfire has aquired a new guitarist, Brandon Briggs. Brandon is based out of Eugene, Oregon. More info about Brandon to come.. Due to the many changes we have undergone, including not having a rapper in our band, we are considering a name change. This will also mean our website will soon change and we will keep you posted about that as well. Our most recent agreement on our new band name is Cinerus, which means "ember." We feel that this represents where we are in our current journey.

Guitarist, Brad Hern, may be leaving our band. He has received job opportunities out of town. The real deal is - he is working on convincing a girl that he is the man of her dreams... Will he succeed?

Stillfire is undergoing some major changes. We anticipate a relaunch in late July.

April 2007

Stillfire wins the Battle of the Bands @ Rock n Roll Pizza on April 15th! Thank you to all of our fans for making this possible. Thank you to the other bands who competed as well. You all are very talented and skilled. We will now be going on to the finals to compete not only some money, but for some professional studio recording and a submission to a major record label. The time and place of the finals is not yet announced but we will post it on our website as it becomes available.

February 2007

After a long search, Stillfire has gained two new members. Gavin Ward, a metal head, is now our bassist. He is amazing and brings much more depth and perspective to our group. He is also young and single!

After an even longer search, Aaron Brown, has stepped in as the drummer for our band. We can't say enough about Aaron. He is extremely good, has a very long and professional history with music, and he has made our music come alive!

December 2006

After much time and sweat we have finished a recording. This recording has our first 5 songs. Even though it was recorded at one of our homes with very limited equipment and without bass or drums, it still came out pretty good. We are proud of it and we are proud to offer it to you. We feel that it demostrates our style and the direction that we are heading. We are selling it for $5 on our website or at our shows.
